The bridge between a buyer’s tech pack and the floor: schedules, samples, approvals, and the questions in both directions.
The bridge between a buyer’s tech pack and the floor: schedules, samples, approvals, and the questions in both directions. Programmes ship to five markets on FOB terms, and this desk is where they stay on their dates.
You will read a tech pack in the morning and stand at a sampling bench in the afternoon. Nothing here is promised from an office that cannot see the line it is promising for.
Five markets, FOB terms and four product lines running at once. Most of the work is keeping the right people talking before a date slips rather than after it has.
What the day holds
- Reading a buyer’s tech pack and turning it into something the floor can build.
- Holding the sampling calendar: what is due, what is approved, what is waiting on whom.
- Carrying questions both ways — the buyer’s down to the floor, the floor’s back up.
- Tracking materials and confirmations against the shipping date.
- Standing at the bench when a sample needs a decision made in front of it.
What we look for
- YouVietnamese and working English, and the habit of writing things down.
- UsefulFootwear or garment merchandising experience.
- Not neededA technical footwear background. The floor is a staircase away and answers questions.

The board lists what is open across the floor, and the open application is there for everything it does not.
