Global Recycled Standard

Sustainability & recycled materials

Certified to the Global Recycled Standard, the Textile Exchange programme that verifies recycled content with full chain-of-custody, alongside environmental and chemical criteria across the supply chain.

For a brand, this is the one that lets a recycled-content claim survive being questioned. The chain of custody is documented through this plant, which is only possible because the material does not leave it between stages.

Social & ethical compliance

Independently audited under amfori BSCI, a social-compliance framework built on ILO labour conventions, covering fair pay, working hours, health and safety, and the ban on child and forced labour.

This is the programme most European buyers open first, and the one that matters most in a plant where around eighty per cent of the workforce is women.

Responsible manufacturing

Audited under SMETA 4-Pillar, the Sedex ethical-trade methodology, supporting the responsible-sourcing requirements of global brands and retailers.

The four pillars are labour standards, health and safety, environmental practice and business ethics. It is the broadest of the three audits, which is why buyers who only ask for one usually ask for this.

Audited under the Supplier Compliance Audit Network with 100% compliance: facility security, cargo protection and export-control integrity.

The one that stops being abstract at the port. It is about who can reach a container between this floor and the ship, and it is the programme United States importers ask about most.
