What you send through the form is emailed to the people at Nhật Minh who handle enquiries, and it stays inside the company. It is not sold, not shared with anyone outside the company for their own purposes, and not used to build a profile of you or of your business.

An enquiry is a request for a reply, and a reply needs somewhere to go. That is the only basis on which any of this is used.
If a tech pack is attached, it is stored on the server outside the publicly reachable part of the site, so it cannot be reached by guessing a URL. It is treated as your commercial document rather than ours.
If an enquiry becomes a business relationship, the correspondence is kept as an ordinary business record for as long as that relationship lasts and for as long afterwards as tax and company law require. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted once they are clearly closed.
Server logs are kept for as long as they are useful for running and securing the site, and are not linked to enquiry data.
The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which necessarily processes the traffic to it. No other processor is involved: there is no email marketing platform, no CRM and no analytics service attached to this site.

How do I get a copy of what you hold about me?
Write to info@nhatminhfootwear.com from the address you used, or tell us which enquiry you mean. We will send what we have.
How do I have it corrected or deleted?
The same email. Say which it is — correction or deletion — and we will do it. If a deletion would conflict with a record we are legally required to keep, we will tell you which record and why rather than refusing without a reason.
Do you send marketing email?
No. There is no mailing list attached to this site and the form does not subscribe you to anything. A reply to your enquiry is the only email you will get.
Is the tech pack I upload confidential?
It is treated as your commercial document. It is stored outside the public part of the server and is not shared outside the company. If your programme needs a signed confidentiality agreement before you send anything, say so first — that is a normal request and we would rather sign one than ask you to trust a web page.
