OEM / ODM

Tell us what to make and we take it from pattern to port. Three ways to work with us, one process behind all of them.

01 / Routes & terms

Three ways in,
one factory behind them.

Choose the development route that best fits your sourcing needs. Whichever route you choose, the same sampling, quality standards and audits apply.

You design it OEM production Your tech pack, your last, your approved materials. We pattern, sample and produce to it, and the style stays yours.

We develop it ODM development Give us a direction, a price point and a market. Our own pattern room develops new models to it.

We buy the materials FOB supply Leather, linings, sole units and components sourced by us, delivered free on board. Fewer suppliers for you to chase.

FOB, or your nominated supply A late material becomes our problem, not your delay

FOB is the term most of our programmes run on, and it is not an accounting preference. When the factory owns the bill of materials, a late or off-spec supplier is ours to solve, against a date we already gave you. We can also build to suppliers you have approved; the only thing that changes is who carries the material risk.

02 / Workflow

Enquiry to shipment,
in seven steps.

Every order runs this path, whether it started as a tech pack or as a sketch on a call.

  1. Enquiry

Share your product, target market, volume and construction.

  2. Review and quotation

We review production feasibility and provide a clear quotation.

  3. Material sourcing

Materials are sourced by us or from your nominated suppliers

  4. Pattern and first sample

We develop the pattern and produce the first sample for fit and construction review.

  5. Revision and approval

Fit, materials, color and construction are finalized before bulk production.

  6. Bulk production

Cutting, stitching, lasting and finishing are completed at our factory.

  7. Inspection and shipment

Finished pairs are checked against the approved sample, packed and shipped on FOB terms.

A factory that owns every stage can be held to a date. One that subcontracts can only pass a message along.

03 / Your brief

What we need before we can quote.

None of this has to be complete. Send what you have and we will tell you which gap is actually blocking a price. Usually it is one of the last two rows rather than the drawing.

  1. Product line

Leather, sports, heels or slippers. It sets which part of the floor and which construction group your order runs in.

  2. Tech pack or sketch

Panel count, seam length and construction are most of what a pair costs to make.

  3. Materials

Leather grade, lining, sole unit and any recycled content you need certified.

  4. Size run and ratio

Grading work and the cutting yield both come off this.

  5. Target market

Decides which of the four audits your programme has to satisfy, and the labelling and testing that come with it.

  6. Annual volume

The single line that moves a price the most.

  7. Your date

When you need the first pair and when you need the container.

04 / The numbers

Minimums, timing
and what we will not guess.

Every figure here is a range, on purpose. The exact number depends on your style, and it comes with the quotation — as a date and a quantity the floor has agreed to, not a promise copied off a brochure.

500–3,000 Minimum order · pairs per style & colour

Moved by the line, the construction and how much development the style needs.

2–4 weeks Sampling · where the last exists

A new last adds development time before production time.

45–90 days Bulk · from sample approval

The size of the order, and where it sits in the schedule when it is confirmed.

05 / Start

Send us the hardest part.

The tech pack you are least sure we can build, or the price point you have been told is impossible. Those get a straighter answer out of us than a general enquiry does, and they get it faster.
