Process descriptions
How the floor normally works. Any individual programme is agreed in its own documentation, which prevails over anything written here.
Certifications and audits
Held as described. Certificate and report numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates are sent on request rather than published, and those documents are the evidence, not this site.
Prices, minimums, lead times
Published only as typical reference ranges. The exact figure is set per programme and given in a quotation, and the quotation prevails over any range on this site.
Photography
Taken at the Bình Dương plant. Where a photograph shows a different product line from the page it appears on, the caption says so.
Studio product images
Samples produced by the factory, shown to illustrate a line. They are not a catalogue and nothing on this site is sold from it.
Where a page says a figure is not published, that is a statement of fact rather than a refusal. It is sent on request instead.

What binds Nhật Minh is a quotation we have issued for your style and the order documentation that follows it. Those set the specification, the price, the quantities and the dates for your programme, and where they differ from anything on this site they prevail.
Sending the enquiry form does not commit you to anything and does not commit us to producing for you. It starts a conversation.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct it when a fact changes. We do not warrant that it is free of error, and we would rather you asked than assumed. If something here matters to a decision you are about to make, ask us to confirm it in writing and we will.

Four things worth stating plainly, including one about somebody else's trademarks.
Can I reuse the text and photographs?
The text, photography and design of this site belong to Nhat Minh Leather Shoes Production Import Export Joint Stock Company and its designers. Quote a sentence with a link, by all means. For anything larger, such as republishing photographs or using the material commercially, write and ask; we usually say yes, and we would like to know where it is going.
Are the certification marks on the site the programmes' trademarks?
Yes. The marks shown beside the four programmes are the registered marks of the Global Recycled Standard, amfori BSCI, Sedex SMETA and SCAN, and they remain the property of those organisations. They appear here solely to identify the programmes under which the plant is certified or audited. Nothing on this site should be read as those organisations endorsing it beyond the scope of the certification or audit itself.
What may I not send through the enquiry form?
Anything you do not have the right to send us — someone else's confidential technical documents in particular. Attachments are limited to PDF or ZIP up to 10 MB, and the form is rate-limited per address. Automated submission is not permitted.
If your own confidentiality rules mean you need an agreement signed before sending a tech pack, say so first. That is a normal request.
Which law applies, and who do I write to?
